Founded in 2025, we build AI-powered products and help clients harness AI to deliver business value faster.
We're a team of experienced technology leaders who believe AI should empower people, not replace them. We split our time between two pursuits: helping clients build AI-powered platforms that solve real problems, and developing our own products that push the boundaries of what's possible.
Our name comes from the Spanish word "levantar"—to rise, to lift up. It reflects our mission: to help individuals, families, and businesses rise to meet the opportunities AI creates.

Our leadership
Andy Rea
CTO & Co-founder
Andy leads our technology function, focusing on cloud architecture, backend engineering, and security. He shapes the technical direction of our products, work hands-on across our platforms, and supports client delivery by helping teams simplify complex problems and strengthen their security and performance.
Andy is a technical architect and software engineer with over 20 years' experience delivering secure, resilient services across UK Government and the private sector.
He specialises in simplifying complex problems, strengthening cyber security, and improving the performance of critical platforms.
Andy has led major work for HMRC, DEFRA, DWP and DfT, including architecting the award-winning Blue Badge Digital Service, and served as a technical reviewer for the Universal Credit Digital Service.
In the private sector, he has delivered secure card-management and digital services for HSBC and First Direct. He works hands-on as both an architect and engineer while advising senior leaders, helping organisations improve cloud security, cost efficiency and technical standards.
Andy Goundry
CEO & Co-founder
Andy leads our business and product development, focusing on strategy, design, and client delivery. He shapes the direction of our products, works hands-on across technical implementation, and supports clients by helping them turn ideas into production-ready platforms.
Andy has over 25 years experience leading digital organisations, teams and transformations.
As Managing Director at Equal Experts, Andy grew his business unit to over 600 senior software and delivery experts, supported 10s of client digital transformations, and grew revenue to over £60m.
As Managing Director at AND Digital, Andy set up a brand new business unit of over 70 software and delivery specialists, supported innovative client deliveries, and built a profitable business unit within 3 months.
As CTO at Assetz Capital, Andy guided Assetz's transition to institutional lending by providing fractional CTO leadership, strengthening cybersecurity, improving cross-team communication, and embedding new ways working that aligned business needs with delivery solutions.
At startups Split The Bills (as CTO) and Health2Works (as Head of Engineering), Andy led and scaled engineering teams and led technical strategy and delivery.
